Very impressed by the professional service from the first visit and providing a quote all the way through to completion of the job. We were kept well informed throughout the project and Wayne offered the value of his experience when we had to make decisions, which we welcomed. We were very impressed by the level of organisation, the efficiency in which the job was carried out and the level of cuertisy and respect shown by the whole team.

Newman construction are very professional and run a tight ship with health and safety, quoting, invoicing, property protection, tidy site and removal of waste. They are very pleasant and approachable, open and receptive of ideas, comments and issues that arise. The quality and speed of their work is excellent and we now have an extension exactly as we asked for, wanted and pictured in our minds. They have good solid knowledge and know their stuff! I would recommend them very highly. Great job!

I can't recommend Newman Construction highly enough. They were tasked with the complicated job of converting part of my house and building an extension to provide a living area, bedroom and wetroom for my eldery father. The work completed by Wayne and his contractors is of a superb standard and way over and above what I could have expected. Wayne even cleans and hoovers at the end of the day! I cannot say anything other than positive things about this company. Following the original job I contracted Wayne to renovate my whole garden. If Carlsberg made building companies this would be it.

We are very pleased with the building work done by Wayne and his team (garage conversion and porch). In particular, we have been impressed by the professionalism, the attention to detail, the efficiency, the communication and level of organisation throughout the job. Not to mention the cuertisy and respect shown by the whole team during the work.

The standard of work was exceptional. We were really impressed with the work ethic and dedication to doing a great job by both Wayne and Joe. They worked non-stop, were always polite and courteous and remembered that while the work was underway, it was still our home. Neighbours commented on how tidy and hard working they both were. They were always prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done and in fact finished one day early. Nothing was too much, they completed all work to a very high standard. There advice to us was spot on, a great job!

Not an easy job in loft bedroom up narrow access. Plastering over old 1980s artex and boarding over poor brickwork cheerfully undertaken with excellent results. 10/10
